CoFounder CTO Backend Engineer to build the infrastructure behind the first certifiable standard for psychological safety at work Secure systems sensitive data multinational rollout (Posição de Co-Fundador)

Copenhagen, Dinamarca · Híbrido (Escritório e Remoto) · Tempo integral

Sobre esta função

We need someone who thinks carefully about architecture from the start — not someone who patches problems later. The core work: a secure Supabase backend, multi-respondent data aggregation, authentication, and automated compliance report generation. The data is sensitive by nature — anonymised but aggregated across organisations in multiple jurisdictions — so privacy frameworks and security architecture are not afterthoughts here, they are the foundation. Experience with longitudinal data, SaaS platforms, and compliance environments matters. This is backend work that has real consequences in the real world.

Psychological safety is now a legal obligation in 30+ countries — but no standardised way to evidence it exists. Organisations run engagement surveys that measure opinion, not behaviour. Regulators increasingly know the difference. Our mission is to give every organisation a rigorous, independently certifiable way to measure what is actually happening — mapped to the international standards their regulators already enforce. Because what you can see, you can change.
