• You have proven experience in fundraising, especially at the pre-seed stage, and know how to pitch, negotiate, and close deals with investors.
• You’ve been part of startups and understand the challenges and opportunities of building a company from scratch.
• You’re entrepreneurial, resourceful, and ready to support the CEO by taking on key business responsibilities.
• You believe in the vision of Insight Questor and are willing to take on the adventure of building something transformative.

• Lead fundraising efforts, engaging with investors, venture capitalists, and strategic partners to secure funding.
• Manage critical business operations, including partnerships, processes, and scaling strategies, allowing me to focus on product development and vision.
• Act as a trusted advisor and collaborator, providing expertise to help steer the company in the right direction.
• Help establish the foundation of the company while respecting and working alongside my leadership role as CEO.

• Experience in fintech or technology-driven startups.
• Proficiency in Russian (B1 level or higher), which could assist in communications with CEO and tech team in future.
